Nukta ("the Service") provides an AI-powered document processing tool for Persian-language text extraction and correction. The Service converts uploaded PDF documents and images into machine-readable Persian text using optical character recognition (OCR) and AI-based correction.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
The Service is operated in compliance with United States export control laws and economic sanctions regulations administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
The Service is not available to users located in, or ordinarily resident in, the following countries and regions:
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any of the above countries or regions, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
We implement technical measures, including IP-based geo-blocking, to restrict access from sanctioned jurisdictions. Attempts to circumvent these restrictions constitute a violation of these Terms and may violate U.S. law.
You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Nukta a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload any content you submit, and that such content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Important: Do not upload documents containing sensitive personal information, trade secrets, or confidential material. While we implement reasonable security measures, the Service is not designed for processing classified or highly sensitive documents.
When you use the Service:
We do not sell your data to third parties. Processed text may be used in aggregate, de-identified form to train and improve our AI models.
We do not collect personal information beyond what is technically necessary to provide the Service (IP address for geo-blocking compliance, uploaded file content for processing).

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nukta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to errors in text extraction, data loss, or service interruptions.
The Service uses AI-based processing which may produce errors. Users should verify critical text against original documents.
The Service, including its AI models, software, and design, is the intellectual property of Nukta. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
